10 | Karina, Rory & Hugh - Long Conception Journey, Miscarriages, IVF, Two Hospital Births with Epidural in the Czech Republic
In this episode we hear from Karina, a yoga teacher originally from the UK who’s been living in Czech Republic for over a decade. Karina and her partner had trouble conceiving when they decided to start a family and ended up turning to IVF for help on their journey to parenthood. She shares a few losses along the way and how it was going through IVF both in the UK and through a couple of different clinics in Prague. She ended up with two beautiful boys and we discuss the differences between both pregnancies, birth and postpartum in terms of bonding, breastfeeding and healing after birth. Karina had both her boys in Krc Hospital and shares her experience there with us.
